Chateaubriand Tenderloin of beef briskly seared in butter and served with roasted baby vegetables and red bliss potatoes, laced with a béarnaise sauce
Lobster Roasted with mushrooms and leeks and finished

Chicken Bell and Evans chicken roasted and served with celeriac puree and caramelized leeks in a puff pastry shell with a chicken glace laced with lardons
Vegetarian Roasted butternut squash stuffed with saffron risotto and winter root vegetables
