This beautiful town by the bay is brimming with history from its role in the war of 1812 to the growth of decoy carving as a local art.

The Mansion is located in the heart of the historic district just a few blocks from the Concord lighthouse, Havre de Grace Decoy Museum and the Susquehanna Museum. A waterfront promenade gives visitors a breathtaking view of the Chesapeake Bay, Susquehanna State Park and the attractions of Baltimore, Wilmington and Lancaster are just a short drive away. Your host Carol Nemeth will be happy to help guide your visit to include the attractions of interest to you and provide information about the numerous events occuring in the area at all times of the year. Annual events include the Decoy Shows, Fourth of July Celebration, Seafood Festival, Art Show and Christmas Candlelight Tour.
